Brainstorm session 🧠 – EcoCounts Mondays, volunteers, volunteering, engagement and events: next steps

This Monday will be a brainstorming session about volunteers and volunteering specifically around EcoCounts Mondays engagement, events, comms, social media etc – the biggest challenge we’ve had so far. The goal is to put together a communications plan – internal and external comms, a volunteer management and mutual support plan, an engagement budget for future grant applications, and essentially a strategy for keeping both EcoCounts and volunteers happy.
