Democracy dies in Darkness! And so does volunteering…

This is creating the organisational narrative and sense of momentum, not personal communication about tasks, goals, which is another ball game completely.

We need to have a workable comms plan to keep all participants, volunteers, trustees and digital supporters up-to-date on activities & to boost engagement

The ideal would be a newsletter – monthly / bi-weekly / weekly as appropriate and/or a chat group with a regular Mon-Weds-Fri post.

Multiple different audiences – lots of overlap so we won’t need a dozen different emails but we will need to be clear about what we’re talking about to whom.
