here's the run-down for what EcoCounts is doing right now, with a who's-doing-what name check:
Joana - events, esp. Mystery Film Screenings - have we got enough volunteers for popcorn / moderating / seating?
Ellie-Louise, Ricardo, Dillon, Joana - social media content & output on instagram, linkedin, tiktok
June, Ollie - newsletters: slightly messed up by the website outage, but we need to get the newsletter content together and I can make sure it gets mailed out
Natasha - marketing workshop scheduled for Mon Sept 14th - theory goes like this: you plan something and put it out there on Trello or Signal and the newsletter writers or the social media people tell everyone about it.
Matt, Amelie, Tarini, Ola, Jack - lots of writing on-going, held up by the website outage - will be sorted soon 😬
EcoCounts Mondays - this is the structure we're aiming for: https://ecocounts.community/ecocounts-mondays/ We need to put our heads together tonight and make a concrete Monday meeting structure that will attract and engage people, then we can update the webpage as necessary and have something that we can shout about in the newsletters and social media.
Leadership & decision-making - June and Ollie, we need your input on this too because we need to do a mail-out to all participants and volunteers specifically to get input on the way forward.
People Away - lots of us away at the moment. Just make sure you tell us when you're coming back.
