DESCRIPTION:This Monday will be a brainstorming session about volunteers and volunteering specifically around EcoCounts Mondays engagement\, events\, comms\, social media etc – the biggest challenge we’ve had so far. The goal is to put together a communications plan – internal and external comms\, a volunteer management and mutual support plan\, an engagement budget for future grant applications\, and essentially a strategy for keeping both EcoCounts and volunteers happy.
