DESCRIPTION:Democracy dies in Darkness! And so does volunteering… \nThis is creating the organisational narrative and sense of momentum\, not personal communication about tasks\, goals\, which is another ball game completely. \nWe need to have a workable comms plan to keep all participants\, volunteers\, trustees and digital supporters up-to-date on activities & to boost engagement \nThe ideal would be a newsletter – monthly / bi-weekly / weekly as appropriate and/or a chat group with a regular Mon-Weds-Fri post. \nMultiple different audiences – lots of overlap so we won’t need a dozen different emails but we will need to be clear about what we’re talking about to whom. \nFrom the Trello card.
